Kniepsand Beach
Adding a magnificently white powdery beach to the Amrum Island, Kniepsand makes one of the best beaches in Germany by making a long coastline around North German Sea and the South region of Sylt. Sand dunes all over the edge of the beach and vegetation covering the boundaries, this beach makes a beautiful scenery. Right from entering into the beach-area while walking on the wooden blocks, you would be amazed to see the full-view of the beach and the formation of dunes, which isn’t very common in most of the other beaches around. This place is vast enough for a couple to plan out a romantic getaway, or family to set a camp and have fun with watersports at the beach.
The length of the land from the sea-water to the vegetation gives a lot of space for flying kites in addition to numerous other sports. The beach is not very close to the shopping places and restaurants, so it would be a great idea to keep your eating stuff along. Although, you might find some small shops on and around the beach to have snacks. There are small establishments to offer you miscellaneous help in terms of getting camps and boards. If some good watersports on the shallow waves and lying down under the sun is your major to-do on beaches, there might be a lot of things to do at Kniepsand beach. The beach has green patches at irregular intervals, making it great for photography as well as relaxing-points.
